You will have a dedicated Account Manager, who as part of their role will have visited you and your organisation to gain a clear understanding about your business and the specific requirements you have. With this information: for every position you have, they will hand select a maximum of three individuals. Because the assessment is a three way process we have a deeper understanding of both your business and our candidates, ensuring three interviews are enough to find the perfect employee for you. Should it be a higher volume of staff then we will either run a bespoke assessment centre or should we have the relevant candidates make sure the interviews are arranged for you in 2 stages. Initially we will come and visit you to ascertain your needs and requirements and dependant on the size will organise a bespoke assessment day to recruit the necessary staff for you after our initial telephone interview process. If this is an on-going campaign then we will account manage the numbers accordingly and look at timescales in order to ensure the campaign is fully staffed throughout. We will then look at the levels of staff and hold assessment days that reflect management. We can also manage the teams throughout a campaign.
