Recruitment

Elevents Promotions offers a traditional and successful recruitment method; our aim is to select the best people for your sales positions. Each candidate is hand-picked through a rigorous assessment process designed to identify the few who possess the right qualities to be successful in sales.


As per your instruction they will receive a bespoke sales training programme, to ensure their success within your business. Our experienced training team also offer public training programmes for your existing sales staff, should there be a need for some assistance in improving their figures.

ASSESSMENT

All applicants are telephone interviewed in a competency based format and those demonstrating the initial qualities, communication skills and correct competencies are invited to one of our assessment centres. At the assessment centre, candidates undergo a rigorous process designed to identify those who have the potential to become your next top sales person. The process is centred around confidence, influence and verbal communication skills. Elevents run assessment centres regularly across the the country. If your requirement is for a few staff we can provide rapid recruitment and training for all your business needs. CODE & CONDUCT OF PRACTICE

Elevents requires all of our Field Sales Representatives to comply to the very highest standards of personal conduct and best sales practice. We ensure our Field Sales Representatives are coached with a prime focus on reasonable and fair treatment of prospective customers, ensuring they generate customers with life time value to your business. PLACEMENT PERMANENT

You will have a dedicated Account Manager, who as part of their role will have visited you and your organisation to gain a clear understanding about your business and the specific requirements you have. With this information: for every position you have, they will hand select a maximum of three individuals. Because the assessment is a three way process we have a deeper understanding of both your business and our candidates, ensuring three interviews are enough to find the perfect employee for you. Should it be a higher volume of staff then we will either run a bespoke assessment centre or should we have the relevant candidates make sure the interviews are arranged for you in 2 stages. PLACEMENT TEMPORARY

Initially we will come and visit you to ascertain your needs and requirements and dependant on the size will organise a bespoke assessment day to recruit the necessary staff for you after our initial telephone interview process. If this is an on-going campaign then we will account manage the numbers accordingly and look at timescales in order to ensure the campaign is fully staffed throughout. We will then look at the levels of staff and hold assessment days that reflect management. We can also manage the teams throughout a campaign. As they are temporary staff or self-employed we will character check and reference and make the individuals fully aware of the process involved in self –employment and code of contact. REFERENCING

We reference out successful candidates; we gain references on 2 of their previous employers. If they are graduates then we will seek references from their previous education. These are written/verbal references. If you would like help with referencing your new staff please contact us.
